Pretty sure this is ‘Grifola frondosa’ or ‘maitake’. I don’t know the english common name…

Thank you, Grijsbaard. Looking it up, Hen of the woods is its English equivalent. Wonderful to find such beautiful edibles right around my neighborhood!
