Getting Started

Welcome to the Nature Mobile Help Center! We’re here to ensure you have the best experience exploring and learning about nature through our apps. Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions, guides, and support resources.

Downloading and Installing Apps

  • Visit Nature Mobile on the Apple App Store on your iOS device.
  • Choose the app and tap Install.

Creating an Account

All our apps work offline. However, if you want to use community features, you need an account. Community features require an active internet connection.

  • Under the main menu, select Login and then choose Register.
  • Enter your email address and create a password.

Internet connection

Core content in our apps is available offline. Some features need a network connection:

  • Community features (including anything that uses your account in the wider app community) require an internet connection.
  • AI image recognition requires an internet connection.

Account

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app:

  • Open your account, go to Edit, tap the (more) button, then choose Delete account.

If you prefer, you can also email support@naturemobile.org and our support team will process your request as soon as possible.
