🤔ça me fait penser, quand je l’ai récolté , à un mélange ¨Pinophilus/Aereus¨…. Le pied comme la base d’une poire reliée à la terre par un petit point au mycélium. La chair pas vraiment d’un blanc éclatant mais un peu d’un léger jaune citrin virant au beige… Par contre du goût exquis d’un jeune Aereus… Une nouvelle variante s’adaptant au « dérèglement climatique »?…
