Not sure 🤔 Could be an American White Winged Scoter as well. Female or (more likely) Juvenile. I checked both Peterson, Audubon App, and online with Dr Google but still not 100% sure (both species are rare at the gulf coast of Florida). Both were swimming just off the shore near Naples pier and frequently diving.
