Tylopilus but nut felleus, this should be one of the other north American felleus, comp. Tylopilus plumbeoviolaceus and Tylopilus variobrunneus

Ddressel could not answer sooner was drinking my coffee lol I believe it is a tylopilus plumbeoviolaceus going back and look again
