I keep hearing that these are good to eat. I have yet to eat any Russula but this one might be my first. How do you like to prepare them?

Man kann sie entweder in der Pfanne abrösten und salzen und einfach so essen oder - was noch besser ist - mit anderen Pilzen (Pfifferlinge STEINPILZE Reifpilze oder was eben noch gut schmeckt😊) zu einem Gulasch verarbeiten.
