It was difficult to wash, but I cut it into chunks, scrubbed it well, blanched it in boiling water for about 3 minutes, refrigerated it for a day, then chopped it up and added it to some fried rice I was making. It was perfect for that use. Great texture. The flavor wasn’t laid bare so I can’t say much about the taste. I have some left to try in a simpler saute.
