That is not L. sphureus. Notice how even in this terribly blurry photo we can see that your mushrooms have stipes, and it looks like they may even have gills. Chicken mushrooms have neither. Also they grow directly on trees.

If you could get more and better photos (including the underside), we might be able to figure out what you’ve got there. You’d need to submit “online consultation” instead of “sighting”.
