Vermutlich Inonotus oder eine andere Gattung aber nicht Ganoderma. Die Pilze auf Bild 1 weisen nicht die für Ganoderma typische Lackkruste auf!

Yikes, I can’t read this. Nor can I copy it so I can put it in translator. I’ve since done a big search online. Since it is not woody, it is most likely Ganoderma Lobatum. It can be drawn on but the surface can be punctured with my thumb. Thoughts?

Hi dcleary42, I think, your pictures don‘t belomgs Go Ganoderma, like andrii wrote. They looks more like a species of Inonotus because the typical features for Ganoderma are absent. But the determination of mushrooms per pictures is mostly critical. I must See the spores by microscope to say more about your fungus.

Definitely not Artists conk. It is not woody but rubbery. The spores are brown and I’m pretty sure it’s Ganoderma Lobatum.

Thanks Gerhart, They’re definitely a Polypore. I looked up artist conk look alike because I could draw on the bottom once they dried a little and the Lobatum came up. Brown flesh, can puncture with my thumb, stains brown, lumpy like several had grown simultaneously and were crowding each other out. They’re dry now, and sliced. Do u think I can still recover some spores?
