I don’t think this mushroom is lepista nebularis. It was a polypore mushroom rather than a a mushroom with gills.

This can occur with that no gills are formed ! I myself already had this at Lactarius deliciosus ! I think this has to do with fungal infestation 😉 I hope this is spelled correctly, my English is not so good😉
