Not likely Flammulina.....cap would be larger in dia in relation to stem, as well, stem would be more cap colour at that stage of growth. Was it found growing on ground or on wood?

Flammulina is not unpossible (see picture 2). I am missing the brown velute stem, typical by European species of F. velutipes.
